Terms of Service

1. These terms

By placing an order with JEZZA CLOTHING you accept these terms. We may update them; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in Khmer riel and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. We correct pricing errors before accepting an order and will contact you if one affects yours.

4. Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
