Delivery times

Phnom Penh — Standard 1–2 business days. Express same day when ordered before 12:00.

Provinces — Standard 2–4 business days depending on the route.

Cost

Standard delivery is a flat ៛8,000 within Phnom Penh and ៛15,000 to the provinces. Delivery is free on orders over ៛200,000.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are picked the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are picked on Monday. You will receive an email, and a push notification if you use our app, when your parcel leaves us.

Missed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After a second failed attempt the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
