You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, provided it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags attached.

How to return

1. Open your order in your account and choose Request return.
2. We will confirm by email and arrange collection, or you can bring it to our studio.
3. Once the item is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days more to appear.

What we cannot accept

Items that have been worn or washed, items without tags, and final-sale pieces. Accessories may be exchanged but not refunded for hygiene reasons.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault through normal wear, contact us with photos. A manufacturing fault is replaced or refunded in full, whatever the date.
