Sizing

How do your sizes run?
Our tees and hoodies are cut oversized and boxy — take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for a closer one. Shirts and trousers run true to size. Every product page carries a size guide with flat measurements.

What if it does not fit?
Exchange it within 14 days, unworn and with tags attached. See our return policy.

Orders

Can I change my order?
While it is still Pending or Confirmed, yes — cancel it from your account and place a new one. Once it moves to Processing it has been picked, and you will need to contact us.

How do I track my order?
Sign in and open Orders, or use the tracking page with your order number and the email you checked out with.

Payment

What can I pay with?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer and QR payment. All prices are shown in Khmer riel.

Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
Across Phnom Penh and most provinces. If your address is outside our delivery area, checkout will tell you before you pay.
